Since 2018, Lola has helped facilitate over $90 million in career volume sales composed of single-family homes, condos, multi-units, and rentals in between, all while owning a cleaning company and curating an art show once a year.

In 2025, Lola joined The Karen Schwartz Group at Baird & Warner, unified by their love for quality relationships, getting their hands dirty, and a creative approach to walking clients through the home buying & selling process. Lola approaches work with sincerity, honesty, innovation, and compassion.

Lola formerly served as the Vice President of Compass Chicago Young Professionals, a chapter built to equip young professionals with the tools and resources to achieve their career goals and realize their full potential.
